Yngvill is the Sustainability Manager in the over 100-year-old Norwegian outdoor company Bergans of Norway. Bergans has taken a strong position on the transition to a more circular economy in Norway. The company offers circular services such as repair, reuse, redesign, rental and subscription solutions on outdoor clothing and gear. In addition, Bergans is openly participating in the public debate – advocating for better frameworks for retailers enabling more sustainable consumption. Yngvill has more than 15 years of experience working with sustainability in retail, including from previously working in IKEA Norway. Yngvill has a master’s degree in Sociology from the University of Oslo.
