As the outdoor industry evolves, the need to embed a more sophisticated approach to what is often our most important resource will increase. What are some of the key lessons learned about leadership, the development of talent in organisations and what has changed over the last 30 years in talent management?  Marc will share his model of leadership, based on his practical experience as a function leader and application of various leadership models across multiple companies. He will also give his perspective on culture, how culture impacts leadership and talent, what he sees as the challenges we face in the future, and how to approach implementing a talent philosophy.
