GABRIEL ARTHUR - NORR Agency
Gabriel Arthur is Editorial Director of NORR Agency, based in Stockholm. He founded the company in 2005; a publishing house and editorial agency that now produces magazines, both printed and digital, in several languages. The focus is on outdoor, nature and sustainability – which are also Gabriel’s passions on a personal level. As Editorial Director, Gabriel is overseeing and planning the content for the different productions, together with an Editor and Art Director for each title.
Before 2005, Gabriel worked as a freelance journalist, writing for the leading outdoor and travel magazines in Sweden. He has also covered sustainability issues since his first journalistic assignment as editor for the member magazine from Friends of the Earth Sweden in the mid-nineties. Gabriel has a BA in History of Ideas; an education that took many years since he spent the winters in the mountains around Chamonix.
About NORR Agency
Based in Stockholm, with six employees and a large network of journalists and photographer around Europe. The company publishes the German travel and outdoor magazine NORR Skandinavien-Magazin and the new B2B-magazine Suston (in English). For the retailer chain Naturkompaniet in Sweden and Partioaitta in Finland, NORR Agency produces the customer magazine 365, with nearly 200 000 readers. The B2B-magazine Scandinavian Outdoor News is produced on behalf of SOG.
