Christoph Krauss graduated from University of Mannheim (MBA) and was working in B2B Marketing. After that he had different Sales and Marketing positions at Beiersdorf AG (NIVEA, Eucerin, Labello etc.) for 9 years.
He is the Founder and General Manager of Benchmarking Excellence (benchex GmbH), a consultancy company specialized on insight driven marketing and sales processes.
benchex conducted a comprehensive benchmarking of retailer satisfaction in the German outdoor market in 2013. With complementing consumer data (which are focus of our contribution to 2014 EOS), benchex offers a suite of analyses which cover the entire commercialization process (brands – retailers – consumers) in the outdoor market.
